In Lords&Empires, battles are turn-based and each turn lasts 10 minutes. Walls can only be destroyed with siege weapons, after which open-field combat begins. Victory is achieved by either eliminating the enemy army or reducing their morale to zero. Line priorities and detailed damage calculations make each battle dynamic and unpredictable.
